Citi Health Card
We also participate in another health card payment plan through CitiCard®, which offers no interest payment plans available on the Citi® Health Card Account. You can finance up to 100% of your treatment, receive care immediately, and there's no down payment. Also, there's no need to reapply for additional procedures for you and your family. It is accepted at a variety of participating provider offices including dental, orthodontic, vision, hearing, veterinary, & more.
