Give Kids A Smile 2013 (21)
Once again, Turner-Wood Dental reached out to the community and took part in Give Kids A Smile Day! This national day of free dental care gives kids the chance to get shiny clean smiles and any work they need. Making it a fun experience starts kids off with a positive attitude toward visiting the dentist!! Our staff has a blast too! -
Give Kids A Smile 2012 (14)
What a great day this was! We were able to help so many children, and really make them smile ear to ear. Taking care of Boo Boo the Bear and getting some face/hand painting was a definite bonus for the kids! -

2011 Halloween Candy Buyback Program (63)
Here are some pictures from our annual program where we encourage area kids to bring in their extra candy from Halloween. We pay each child per pound of candy collected and then we ship the candy to US troops overseas as part of the Operation Gratitude program. We love this program and the kids and parents have a ball too. -
Give Kids A Smile Event 2010 (8)
Dr. Turner-Wood and staff continue to provide quality care at Turner-Wood Dental, LLC for Give Kids A Smile Day. This annual event which began under the auspices of the American Dental Association in 2003 occurs in February which is National Childrens Dental Health month. This is a day that we provide free dental work for uninsured children ages 5-13 who may not otherwise have the opportunity to be served. Our office has participated in this event since it's inception. It is our way of bringing about awareness of the importance of dental health, and giving back to our community.
